What is Medialogy?
Medialogy is an education that focuses on research, which combines technology and creativity. We look at the technology behind advanced computer graphics, games, electronic music, animations, interactive art and entertainment, to name a few of the areas we delve into.

The Medialogy education is based on the studies of human and computer relations, audio-visual effects, the human perception, immersive computer systems and new interfaces. During the span of the education the students are given a strong technical foundation, both in theory and in practice.
At Aalborg University Copenhagen we offer a 3 year Bachelor followed up by a 2 year Master education in Medialogy. You will study areas within film and music technology – and how computer science plays a part in the media productions both now and in the future.
You will also learn how we can utilize technological advances within science, to produce VJ applications or computer generated animation movies in 3D. You will discover how to incorporate sensors in interfaces and how to generate advanced sound effects. Furthermore, you will develop an insight into creative processes as well as the considerations necessary before media-productions begin.
At Medialogy we could ask questions like:
·How can we make computer games more fun to play and more interactive?
·Can we overcome the borders between man and machine?
·Can we design new and alternative interfaces for musical instruments, computer games and interactive media?
·Can we design new techniques for animation-movies that make the characters more life-like?
·How can we use a camera to control sound?
